Based out of Singapore, Sanjeev is responsible for regional sales and business performance across Asia-Pacific and Japan. He previously served as vice president of business consulting and sales operations for North America, and his prior roles at AspenTech also include director of global account sales, director of engineering marketing and director of energy business consulting.

Before joining AspenTech, Sanjeev worked at Simulation Sciences, where he led projects to implement real-time optimization solutions at major customer sites. Earlier in his career, he worked at Pyrotec (now Technip), focusing on ethylene simulation technology, and at EPCs as a process engineer for refining and petrochemicals sectors.

Sanjeev has a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a degree in chemical engineering from IIT Roorkee, India.
