The AspenTech Partner Network has a mission to support our customers by leveraging a high-impact partner ecosystem. As a member of this team, I’m pleased to share that we successfully launched the enhanced AspenTech Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program online and in person at Partner Days that we are running around the world. Together we are accelerating our ecosystem by delivering services and solutions in collaboration with our partners.

The DSP program was built on the success of the Solution Sales Program introduced to our Channel and Reseller partners a year ago. The success of that initiative has been a key growth driver, helping us unlock new opportunities and expand our reach in the marketplace. We are now scaling our delivery capabilities by strengthening our collaboration with our partners in the AspenTech Partner Prime program. As part of this program, we want our partners to lead and implement AspenTech software for our customers around the world.  As we grow our licenses sales, this will increase the number and size of service opportunities available to partners and help to grow DSP partner business with AspenTech.

Because AspenTech DSPs are instrumental in driving the end-to-end delivery of our solutions, AspenTech provides Value Assurance by supporting every Partner during every delivery project so that projects come in on time, on budget and with maximum value for our customers. All DSPs are trained and certified through AspenTech University on the AspenTech software that they specialize in. Their expertise in consulting, advising and implementing our software ensures that we can deliver innovative solutions that shape the way our customers operate in an increasingly complex world.

We provide support to our partners as they integrate our technology into diverse operational environments, from energy and chemicals to pharmaceuticals and beyond.
